Grho Languages is a division of Grho Global. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information through our website and our data collection work, including the ALPIA archive.

- Contact form and dataset request submissions: name, email, organisation and message content.
- Contributor applications: name, contact details, languages spoken, and, where relevant, region.
- Speech and text recordings from contributors, collected under separate, specific consent as described on our Data and Consent page.
- Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and general location by country, where analytics tools are enabled.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, process dataset requests, manage contributor relationships and payments, improve our website, and meet legal and contractual obligations.

We may share it with clients who have commissioned a specific dataset, service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors or hosting providers), and where required by law. Any sharing of contributor recordings follows the consent terms agreed with that contributor.

Contributors may request that their recordings be removed, subject to the terms they originally agreed to and any use already committed to a client under contract.
