Grho Languages provides African language data collection, annotation, models, APIs and related consulting services, along with the ALPIA archive and its associated access tiers.
3. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it to submit false or misleading information.
4. Datasets and licensing
Access to and use of any dataset, including ALPIA content, is governed by the specific licence terms attached to that dataset. Public catalogue information does not itself grant a licence to use the underlying recordings. Commercial datasets are governed by a separate agreement executed with the client.
5. Open source and third-party resources
Where our website links to or catalogues third-party open-source datasets, models or tools, we do not own or control that content. Use of any third-party resource is subject to its own licence, not these terms.
6. Contributor content
Recordings and other content submitted by contributors are governed by the specific consent and payment terms agreed with that contributor at the time of collection, as described on our Data and Consent page.
7. Intellectual property
The Grho Languages name, branding and website design are the property of Grho Global. Datasets, models and other deliverables are governed by the licence or agreement under which they are provided.
8. Disclaimers
Our website, demos and model previews are provided as previews of current capability and are not guaranteed to be error-free or fit for any particular commercial purpose without a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grho Global and Grho Languages are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, except as set out in a specific commercial agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grho Global is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
